Event of the 13th Open House - Festive Day of Arts
The Soft Movement Session is a gentle, free-flowing class based on intuitive movement, where we awaken the body through conscious motion, somatic practices, and simple breathing techniques. During this nearly one-hour session, we softly move the entire body, release tension, and bring attention to our breath and inner sensations. The focus is not on performance, but on connecting with ourselves.
The session is fully open: no prior experience in movement or yoga is required, and it is suitable for all age groups. No special yoga clothing is needed—the aim is to arrive naturally and comfortably into movement.
The workshop is led by Jurák Bettina Rose, dancer and movement coach, who is also a Sattva – Himalayan yoga, kriya, and breathwork teacher. In her work, she takes a holistic approach to the body, where movement and breath help us reconnect with bodily signals and deepen our connection to ourselves. She is currently training as a trauma-informed somatic educator.
The aim of the session is to gently awaken the body in a safe space, bring awareness to its signals, and move closer to ourselves through movement.
